Is there a way to have one form template that multiple users fill out then when they submit it, it outputs the rows of data to the same file location? For example, User 1 fills out 5 rows of data and it submits to an excel file. Then user 2 fills out 3 rows of data in the form and it submits to that same excel file. Yup that fixed it but I think you're right. There are cells that can't be blank when they are submitted and the total headcount row counts all the rows rather than the one's filled in.  Ultimately what we want is to have 1 form that multiple users fill out and submit. Yeah your file is exactly what I'm looking for! Say the max number a user would need in 300 rows...I can make this my default then when they type in say 100, I could set it up so that the other 200 are hidden? Where can I go in your file to see how you did that? I'm pretty inexperienced in InfoPath unfortunately =/

Hello- Is there a way to have a text box that when the user enters a number...say 15...then 15 rows appear in a repeating table? I have a form where some people will need to enter in 50 or so lines and I'm trying to prevent them from having to click the add button every time. Thanks!
