Hi Hilary, Ive managed to do it, instead of tryin to set the field with a specific text, I changed the control to dropdown, and added the values that were required. Thank you so much for your help hilary, its very much appretiated

Hi Hillary, The dropdowns are as the default. so health and social would have a display of health and social, are you saying to change the Value to something shorter? ie Value= health Display=Health & Social Care, then use APP_SECTOR is equal to health, rather than Health & Social care?
