• Re: Auto-numbering InfoPath forms when they are submitted to a SharePoint form library

I just added these permissions to my account: Full Control, Design, Contribute, Read, Limited Access, Records Center Web Service Submitters. I can check and uncheck all of those options except for Limited Access, that box is checked and grayed out so I can't uncheck it. I then tried to submit the form but I still get the error. As far I know, ...

I get an error! In SharePoint it says I don't have permission to access the library and then in the event log it says:The following ...

  • Re: Error while querying the data source

SOLVED: Instead of using InfoPath's data connections to connect to the SQL database, I just used custom VB code to handle the queries and it's uploading fine now!

  • Re: Trying to upload a form to SharePoint 2010

Okay so now we're going through and working on the formatting and look of the form. I've noticed some "quirks" that I'm wondering if anybody can help me with. -When the form is open from the site on IE 9, it renders really poorly. For example, the radio buttons and check boxes look really old and much much smaller and ...

  • Re: Trying to upload a form to SharePoint 2010

Alright! Finally made some very decent progress with this project :) What you said about the content types fixed it as I mentioned earlier, and I changed the way that the VB was getting the current user. For some reason even though we were logged in as authenticated users the code was getting us as anonymous users. So we changed the code, ...

Okay I have made some progress. The switching content types fixed the problem with it not being in the right library and it not showing up in the browser. I changed the way that the code was geting the current user and now I want to upgrade the template. So I went to Central Admin > Manage Form Templates and chose to upgrade the form, ...

  • Re: Trying to upload a form to SharePoint 2010

  • Re: Trying to upload a form to SharePoint 2010

Okay I found it, it seems that I get the error because I don't have proper credentials to access that database which is fine, I can fix that
