InfoPath Dev

Are there really any major pros or cons to using views over showing and hiding section via rules and vice versa?

I need some help I am working on a form that requires a section to be printed on every page of the form similar to a footer and I can't figure out how to do it.  I have tried to put the information in the footer properties but it doesn't let you do any special formating.  Does anyone have any idea.

By mistake I create what was intended to be a template part in as a form.  Is there a way I can convert all that information into a template part or do I have to rebuild everything?

I am having a problem related to this,  I have a people/group selector on a sharepoint site which infopath is to read and use for sending email but when AccountId is pulled down it add an extra comma to the AccountId witch outlook doesn't recognize  example:   "smith, bob" is what I want "smith,,bob" ...

I have a form that some time requires the submition of hardcopies in specific cases and we need to track when we recieve those hardcopies. The problem I am having is that when the hardcopies aren't required, that same field need to contain N/A which mean that the field need to be set as a string but when I set it as a string the ...

ErrorResovedDate is blank set a field's value: ErrorResolvedDate =now()  ErrorResovedDate is only blank for the new record but it set all of them as today's date.
