How to build the form so it can adjust the size with the screen display? any one knows a way?

Does infoPath forms support zoom in and zoom out?

I set tables in the form to make the fields lay out nice. but the table size are not by %. My screen display set to default: Smaller-100% , all the forms lay out in this condition.But some of co-worker set the screen display to Medium-125%. the forms I created shows up awful in their screen. Hi,The user want to add more attachments and hope can cc to some other mail boxes when they submit the form. but the default setting : everything is grayed out. Anyone knows any way? Thank you!
