Thanks for the nice smorgasbord of options! I'm new to both Sharepoint and InfoPath so I'll have to explore the options a bit more.  We have far greater than 50 so at least I can rule the first one out! :-)  I was hoping to find a more inherent solution, but I'll check out Clayton Cobb's steps and see if that helps ...

I only want a selected group of people to have the ability to edit my infopath forms in a given form library in Sharepoint.  What is the best way to achieve this?
