Hi, in my infopath for required field textbox i wrote the custom validation. the message i am getting the below way Please enter valid data for ''. here instead of the '' it should show the control name but it was showing that what could be the reason. thanks, BVS Rao.

i kept simple message box in my rule, it did not displayed for the first row from the second row onwords it displayed. why for the first row my rule is not executed even through condition is true?

Problem is I am having the InfoPath form in that I am having one repeating table. By default no rows are there. But if you want we can add it. So whenever I am adding any row in that, my repeating table having one textbox along with some other controls too. I am filling the textbox value based on the condition. Now what is happening is ...
