I have a repeating table, as shown below.
The Critical Success Factors are populated from another repeating table earlier in the form. Under each option is a column of dropdown lists which allow the user to select either Failed or Met.
For each option, if any of the dropdowns show failed, then the footer cell must show Failed, ...
