  Thanks for the quick reply! That is exactly what I am looking to do. I would like to filter just one row on the detail repeating table to the print view. And when the user selects another row from the master table it then filters based on that data.

Thanks for the reply, Within sharepoint there is a type of field called Person or Group which looks up our Active Directory i think.  Is there any way within infopath to link to this type of field?

Hello guys,  Wondering if someone can help me. I have been creating a logging tool within infopath. However I now want to select our employees.  I am getting a little bit lost now though. Is there a way to select the person or group option within sharepoint? or even link it to active directory?  thanks!
