Like I said initial control Contact selector does the postback and to its continuation had couple of dropdowns which needs to do the postback at the end of those I had this richtext control which when replaced by multiline ...

 I had this strange behavior with infopath using RichText control. Tab Order jumps to the address bar when using RichText. when I change them to multiline tab order is proper.
