BP, You are missing an OR in your statement. ../my:Materials = string(true()) or my:NewDate = string(true()) OR my:FSTech = string(true()) or my:FSManager = string(true()) I also think you are going to have a challenge showing a section based on the values in 8 different controls.

Hmmm - so I think you are saying as long as add / remove is enabled in the second table, the shortcuts also show on the first table? Any chance I can see your template? You can just add it to a reply under the Options tab.

Hi - have you mapped an ID field? To update an existing item, qRules needs to know the ID of the item.

Oh dear, it seems I spoke too soon. Looks like I disabled adding/deleting in the second table during my troubleshooting.  Once I added it back in, the first table broke again :(
