For a rich text field that formatting tool is always going to show. Your options are to make the control plain text, or play with the form spacing/design to have the heading of the field display elsewhere.
-
You still need to check that the data connections are not executing every time on form load. If they are, then that's the reason why the user is being prompted to authenticate.
-
It sounds like your form still has some data connections that the outside user has no access to. You'll need to edit your data connections such that the data is stored in the form that gets saved locally, and set them up such that they don't execute when the outside user opens the form.

When you submit, the changes made to the secondary DOM are not getting uploaded, thus when the xml is reopened at a later time the changes are not there.
With the checkboxes bound to nodes in the main DOM you can submit the user's selections and retain them the next time the form is opened.
Good luck!

Hi-
I'm not sure that I understand the question. The scenario you're describing is precisely what the command was created for. The example on page 7 of the tutorial shows what you describe: the user makes a selection in the first dropdown and then options are loaded into the second dropdown. Of course, you wouldn't need to display the ...

Could you attach a screenshot (via the Options tab)? I can't really visualize what you're describing...

Thanks for the info. The first screenshot brings you a step closer to the desired result. That is, the template is distorted and the PDF attachment can't be downloaded, but at least Outlook is correctly reading the xml file.
So the problem should be attacked in steps:
1. Why is Outlook not recognizing the XML?
2. Why is the attachment not ...

Are your checkboxes in the main DOM, or are they bound to the SharePoint list secondary data source?

I don't believe it is possible.
When you create a form, you can add a new view. For each view you can select whether to display it in the ribbon. So this means the view is hidden for all users or displayed for all users.
As far as I know, InfoPath provides no out of the box functionality to display or hide a view in the ribbon according to ...

Hi-
There must be some issue because what you are describing is possible. With answers to these two questions, someone might be able to suggest some solutions.
First, you say: "the supplier would get the view in his e-mail and be done with it. But that apparently didn't work out as I had planned." Can you explain what the external ...
