You can add a button anywhere you need to. It can be made a Submit button, by changing its Action Property, Right click on it to do this.
You can automatically set a file name using data from fields. Just click Tools, Data Connections, select Main Submit, Modify, and then create an expression to build the file name.

According the Xpath 2.0 spec, described at www.w3schools.com/xpath there is a ''Replace'' function. It would be good if this was added to InfoPath, along with any other functions in this spec that are not currently available.

I would like to use the data from a field as a column in my SharePoint library and to make this work, the field must not contain an Ampersand (&) symbol. What is the best way to ensure that users don't include special characters in a field?

It would be nice if there was an easy way to change all of the secondary data connections that point to a specific sharepoint site i.e, changed 6 connections to one site to connect to another site that contained the same lists.
