So - in your SharePoint List - what does the Company field look like? Is it exactly the same as the values for your radio buttons, including case? I see the value of the buttons is all upper case.... I had misunderstood and thought this was cascading dropdowns, but your Company field is a radio button. :)

Any chance I can see your form? You can attach it under the options tab in a reply. Generally speaking, to implement a cascading dropdown, the second dropdown has a filter on the data selection. One thing that sometimes trips form designers up is that the first dropdown is storing something other than what they expect - it may be displaying ...

If you check the documentation I referenced, you'll find that your assumption is incorrect. You can find the same info here: https://support.office.com/en-ie/article/web-browser-compatibility-in-infopath-forms-services-0356450c-82ec-40a5-b145-c7e935f73fdc - note that while the table indicates IP 2007, the top of the page indicates the info is ...

Ok, so if this is a browser form - how were you planning on submitting back to your database? Use a web service? Use code? https://support.office.com/en-gb/article/submit-form-data-to-a-microsoft-sql-server-database-15fd82dc-8077-4737-bc13-94d993bc84af has information on the restrictions with DB bound forms in the browser. You aren't using ...

You should probably publish the form to the library you created - under File > Publish > SharePoint while in design mode. Then you need to set up a submit connection in the form so that the user can submit the form to the document library. There is no out of the box way to also save the data to a list. You'll need to use code, CAML or ...

Hi - qRules doesn't work in list forms - this is because qRules is a code DLL that is added to your form and list forms don't allow code. Instead, you need to start with a regular InfoPath form (the type usually published to a library).

Are your tables connected in the DB? You can create relationships in the main connection in a database bound InfoPath form - submits to one-to-many data connections are supported in InfoPath filler. Yes, if you must add code, you can - and then you can pretty much do as you want. If you decide to use code, you'd probably want to add a ...

If you look at the data source for your people picker, one of the fields available should be DisplayName - is this not what is displayed in your people pickers in your form? Generally, that's what I've seen displayed - or are you showing the data somewhere else where you are seeing the domain and username?

So - you can't insert / delete rows from a secondary data connection - that's because any changes you make to secondary data are not going to persist. What is your desired end goal? You want the user to make changes to the secondary data and submit it back to the data source? Since you are using a database bound form, I'd suggest ...

Yep, but I see that the user can select multiple items in the Group Access field - that actually makes this a little trickier - mainly in that the multi-select in InfoPath doesn't always fire rules the way one would anticipate. At what point to you need to have the list of approvers for the selected location(s)? When the user clicks submit?
