You can set the email data connection to get the email address from a field. Then you can set the email address in the field during OnLoad. When you submit to email, it will grab the value of the field and use it in the TO: of the email. Greg Collins [InfoPath MVP]

It might be best to have a next/prev button set which requeries the database based on a starting and ending row. This will reduce the amount of data actually in the form at one time which should prevent any performance issues. Greg Collins [InfoPath MVP]
