Hi Doreen,
Thanks for contacting us.
The simplest way to migrate 1-5 doctypes is to use the DBXL Migration tool to export from the old instance and then import to the new instance. Document types (form templates) that are published from DBXL should have the data connections fixed up automatically. If you are publishing the form templates ...

The code sample you posted:
//Load new workforce string into a temporary XML document
XmlDocument tempDoc = new XmlDocument();
tempDoc.LoadXml(workforceXml);
// Insert the new worker record into the main DOM.
XPathNavigator newWorker = tempDoc.CreateNavigator().SelectSingleNode("/dfs:myFields/dfs:dataFields/d:Weekly_Hours", ...

newWorker must be null. I'm sorry please forgive me. I am a little lost by your references. When you say my new XML are you referring to my Repeating group (d:Weekly_Hours) in my Main source because this iswhere the repeating table (with secondary info) will appear. Thanks Hilary. I re-created the form this morning, and somehow it is working the way I expect. I must have just been up too late when I was trying it last night! :)

I think I've seen this asked on here before but I'm not sure how to implement it.
I want to have a repeating table automatically create a set number of rows based off another field.
Example:
Having the value of 15 in field1 would automatically create 15 blank rows in my repeating table.
This way the user doesn't have to ...

I have a
form that I am doing 2 calculations on based on selections of multiple
dropdowns.
What
I need is a way to sum the "possible" total of the drop downs.
I
already hear people saying "You know what the total will be"
In
this case I won’t, I need to sum the values associated to all the Yes's and ...

Your approach should work - I'm guessing it is just something in your XPath filter. If you open up the formula editor for the sum formula and click the checkbox to display the XPath, what is the XPath?
