It definetly would require code, InfoPath has built in email support but nothing for appointment items. You could attach a form to an appoint ment like I said or have a link. I think that is as integrated as you could get using existing InfoPath and Outlook functionality. Even with code I am not sure how you would do it without form server ...

I believe this is possible. I would look at your architecture and design. The key is you want to share data between multiple users. To my knowledge with Exchange, appointments are not shared, each participant gets a copy and they are kept coordinated, so anything embedded or attached is a unique item. SO there would be know functionality within ...

I think what you are trying to do is a common scenario, mobile, off-line users, on tablet PC's. You would maybe get slightly better performance using SQL 2005 express but the main problem is how much data you are loading. I would be surprised that they need all of the data everytime, my guess is they are trying to find the data they need. You ...

You might need to start over completely. Rebuild the form or at least take the pictures out, save, test. Insert one picture back in, save, test, etc. My guess is it is some corruption or anomaly if it was not a problem before and it cropped up after some modifications.

Niko,
If the data connection you are refering to is a secondary one, you can uncheck the ''load when the form opens'' box which is on the last window of the data connection setup. I do this often for performance reasons. This way you control when the data is loaded and only load it when it is necessary. To query a data connection manually you ...

These things are often tough and worst case you need to wipe the OS out and start over. Hopefullly your IT guys use imaging and can reimage it pretty quickly. The only other thing I would try is maybe reinstalling all of Office, if you have not already, I know Outlook has some interaction with SharePoint too. Otherwise it could be from IE or ...

My first guess is that this is a network issue. When the form is loaded the pictures are not accessible, that is if the images are linked from another source. This would explain the intermittance and would be effected by either PC or network perofrmance. If these forms are embedded in the template itself it could be an issue with the image type ...

This sounds like a security issue on their sharepoint site. You might need to check their permissions for the Site that the form library is located in. If you have admin privileges you can go to administration and manage users and verify that they have probably contributor access so that they can both open a new form and submit one back if ...

Here are a couple of sample for VBScript.
This one calculates a date 90 days in advance of today and stores it in a field in my form so I can use it to find data that is within 90 days. You could make the amount 10 instead. If you go to tools and form options you can select whether you will use Java Script or VB Script.
Then Tools -> ...

Have you tried just using a rule on the field in your form. When it changes it sets the value of the other form in the row? This might be a good work around solution until you get your syntax figured out. Since you are changing a field in the same row you do not have to use the current function. Typically it is a syntax issue in your xpath ...
