Looks like I found an initial answer to my question. IP List forms cannot be used with Repeating tables. I think this is going to be a requirement. I guess I will be forced to use a Library form. Not a big deal. It just forces me to learn how to hide the ribbon, create unique filenames with the submit button, and a few other things.
