It sounds like you probably need to upgrade to use those web methods. Are you using the ADWS built into DBXL, or do you have the standalone version of ADWS?

You cannot use the GetUserInfo webmethod to search for users. GetUserInfo requires a specific username.
The web service provides the FindUsersByAlias and FindUsersByName web methods to search for users. Does your version of ADWS have those methods?

The problem is that your Quantity field is in a completely separate place from the rest of your fields. In order for it to be of any use, it needs to be part of the same repeating data as the other fields in the table (like ItemName, Description, and Price are). XML dates are always in the format YYYY-MM-DD, so the month is represented in the 6th and 7th characters. The way you have it set up now, your rule is just looking at the first character, which is the first digit of the year.
