Yep I've already got a button to select and yes it would need to update when opening the form again. I'm using current() which seems to work when in the table

The block submit piece is not really the problem as I can
just click the box to stop additional rules from running. I am looking for the
list of all groups with errors.
Example if in each section:
Error: Number of reviews associated with CAP 1.1 is
less than what is required. Based on the Date CAP started, CAP due date, ...

I took a closer look at your file - I can see what the issue is now.
So - you want to block submit if for any of the AddCAPPlan groups the count of reviews is less than the number of reviews? But what would the error message display? A list of all the groups where that is the case?

Wow qucik response, I am having issues with the error message. When the button
is clicked either nothing happens or it will populate the text box with only
information from the first repeating section. In the attached file nothing happens
when button is clicked…
Thanks again

Hi! I'm confused as to what the issue is? Is CountReviews not returning the number you expect? Is NumberOfReviews not getting set correctly? Or is it that the error message is incorrect?

So, don't include the image in the repeating table (you can just delete the column in the view).
Then - how do you want your users to indicate what is "selected"? A button in the repeating table? Also, do you need to store this information? That is, when they re-open a filled out form, do you need to know what image was selected?
-
So - if you add a new promoted property and republish the form, all the fields in the library continue to display the correct values until you switch to the data view and paste in data for the new column? What if you update only a single row in data sheet view - does the problem re-occur?
-
If you set IE 11 to compatibility view (add the site to the compatibility view sites) does that resolve the display issue in IE 11?
