Hi Dima,
The first thing that catches my attention is the way you describe injection.
When a form template is injected with qRules, the QdabraRules.xm secondary data source is automatically added to the form. There is no need for manual steps to add this. Did you follow the steps in the qRules User Guide to inject your form?

Hi-
It does not need to be the SharePoint server. It can be any server running IIS.
We don't have any additional documentation on installing the Standalone Active Directory Web Service - it should be straightforward, but let us know your specific questions and we can answer them.
Thanks.

The message tells you that a required field is blank. Is that field not labeled with a red asterix?
As I said before, you could add conditional formatting to disable the submit button if required fields are not
filled out, forcing the user to continue filling out the form.

Where is the user information going to be coming from? Do you have a SharePoint list, a SQL Table, Active Directory?
Please clarify. Thanks.

Right before the action that submits, create a rule that collapses all the sections. That way the sections get collapsed right before submit.
Or create a rule that collapses all sections when the form is opened.
Good luck!

You would need to query the full list from SharePoint into a secondary data source. Once there, you can use a filter to find the city. You'll have the ID for the user, and the list of IDs, so it's just a filter to get the city name. Make sense?
