In theory, I'd think since these are all warnings, they should not prevent the form from being opened in the browser. However, you may want to try to change the data connections to not be available offline - just to see if that makes a difference. That would be under Form Options - from the File Menu > Info > Click on the Form Options ...

Are you using SharePoint on prem or online? If online, Power Automate Flow makes this very easy. Ok. I added rules on the Project_site field for you for this. The form is slow to render when the rules run. I presume that is due to logic on the time fields.

I can confirm this. I just added a SharePoint REST API connection to an InfoPath form and published to a new library. I get the same error on open. Another alternative might be to try FormsViewer - https://www.qdabra.com/en/products/qdabraForms.aspx#overview for more info. We support SharePoint REST API connections.

I'm not sure on this. Are there any other controls on the form after the file attachment controls? I'm wondering if having a hidden text box or button lower on the form might prevent this.

If the concat function did the trick, no need to use my approach. My use of an extra field in the secondary data source was simply because it looked to me like your SharePoint data was not going to work in this situation. I have to make a lot of guesses when I can't see the form - sometimes I guess wrong.

Ah, cool - so yes, that would depend on your checkbox settings and what you are storing for true / false. Glad you have it working the way you need it to!
