• Re: Changing values on repeating section

    Hi Carlos, Here is the code for selectnodes, this is in JScript var OC = XDocument.DOM.selectNodes(''/dfs:myFields/dfs:dataFields/d:tbl_Project/d:tbl_Outcome''); for(i=0 ; i < OC.length; i++) { if (OC.selectSingleNode(''@Outcome_Changed'').text = ''Y'') { OC.selectSingleNode(''@Outcome_Changed'').text = ...

  • Re: Sending form based on options selected

    Yes it is possible, but all of this has to be done in the code. When you click on ''send'' button, 1. Remove the nodes(options which are not selected) using ''removeChild()'' method from the XML(Min occurs for these nodes should not be 1 in the schema). 2. Now send mail by accessing the EmailAdapter from the code. 3. And now add the deleted ...

  • Re: Filter Pattern

    You need to use expression in your filter not(xdUtil:Match(string(.), ''\d\d\d0'')) First we checking if it is matching and then negating it. 1. string(.) will give the node value 2. • Re: NewFromSolution problems

    Hi Dan Allason, You should not give ''XDocument'' or ''IXMLDOMNode'' in script code, you should give ''var'' instead. That is the reason for the error message. One more thing in the path specified, every ''\'' should be escaped with another one. for ex: Your path should be ''\\\\server\\pathname\\Timesheets.xsn'' Regarding Rules and code getting ...

  • Re: image not displayed

    Open the view xsl file and look where the image url is pointing to, and check if that path is available when you open the form. If your Image is on your local machine and you are opening the form another location then image will not be visible. Solution is as Matt said you have to add image as a resource file or make sure that the file is always ...

  • Re: eMail submission code breakdown

    Hi Stuart, Welcome to the Forum! Please point us where your code is failing, if you give so much code we don't get that much time to parse through all of the code.

  • Re: Webservice availability...

    You can put your code in try-catch block, if the webservice is not available then exception is raised by InfoPath and your catch block can perform what should happen if webservice is not available.

  • Re: Adding with jscript items to a listbox

    Hi Fred, Change your last two lines of code to the following then it should work, var oFromItem = oToItem.CloneNode(false); oFromItem.text = ''XData''; oToList.insertBefore(oFromItem, oToItem); Mistake you did was to add string value as a node.
