Hi,
I have a repeated table with 6 date fields in a record and need to determine the latest of these per record.
For numeric fields this is simple by using the MAX function in default value of the target field: xdMath:Max(../my:dt1 | ../my:dt2 | ../my:dt3 | ../my:dt4 | ../my:dt5 | ../my:dt6)

Ok, so I've been working with Google Forms and have had to make a few sacrifices, but after getting to the 55th question on this survey/questionnaire and hitting another hurdle in terms of functionality, I'm now thinking I need to go to something else.

Hi the exact error message was just 'It is an error to mix versions of MSXML' I have resolved the issue it turns out it was something to do with my infopath installation on my own machine. Hi - so, what are you trying to achieve? Do you want to be able to work with multiple list entries? You can do that with a list form. If you want a more complex structure though you'll need to start from a blank form template, and InfoPath does not out of the box offer any way to write to a SharePoint list.
