Attachments are difficult without web services. I would recommend you look at the Database Accelerator, this is a web service suite which installs on your server, which can be sql 2005 express. This gives you the ability to store your forms in SQL server, extract your data into tables, and have active directory and Sharepoint ...

It is the same principal either way. If you only want to show the tax field for the US then you would put a confitional format for display that says if country is not equal to "US" then Hide. You would use a list the same way. If you have a list of countries to display tax for then you would create your list and data ...

Typically what I found is that it is in the string matching, if there are any preceeding or trailing spaces or if one field is a var and the other not ...

Hey Kellyan, welcome to the wonderful world of InfoPathdev.com.
I have run into this issue before but obviously it could be a lot of things.
The first thing I would look into is how you are connecting to the sql server. From her PC can she connect to the database via ODBC? Maybe try with Excel or something? This is to make sure ...

Also you will need to reupdate the field name. Paste my text in and then select Insert Field on the first one and select your field. Then you can copy and paste it through out the rest.

If you use the Insert Function button and copy and paste it doesn't take that long. And actually doing it inside a form ensured I had it right.
Glad to help and I think there are lots of people who are not aware of how to accomplish this.
I may create a blog post and use some color to make it a little easier to figure out.
