Hi Kris and welcome!
This is a common scenario, to control the process and submission of the filled out form.
What you want to do is create a submit button for your form instead of having them ad hoc save it. You can go to tools and submit options to see all the features. You would need to set up a dataconnection to ...

I think what you are saying is that you want to update the template of the form without it affecting previous documents. A tenant of InfoPath is that each document or XML has a reference to a template which is used to interpret and display the xml data. Hey Dean,
We are ramping up witht he new community server. The blogs are displayed newest chronologically, and are not filtered by language at the moment. You need to set the default for the check box to "no". That way when the form is opened from the template the value is no, the section is hidden, and then when checked will be set to yes. Otherwise it is blank at open, which is not "no" and therefore visible.

Hey Adam,
We do something kind of similar for our tutorials, we use the expense form sample that comes with InfoPath and improve it with our Active Directory Service. It has a submit that emails the manager (approver) the form. We also use a version internally for our expense reports.
I am not sure you have looked at our Database ...

Hey Michael, thanks for the kudos :)
In order to get the print out you want you need to create one more view specifically for the print out. So you would format it to show the elements from all of your views and process and format it the way you needed. InfoPath has some limitations when creating paper forms, I believe since the whole ...

As long as you have overwrite allowed, if a user opens an existing form from a form library, modifies it and resubmits the form, the library is updated and overwrites the previous version. You can turn on versioning on the library to have access to previous ones if this is needed.
That was what confused me before because I thought ...

This can be a bit complex until you have done it a couple times.

Here is one link that can get you down the path.
Ultimately you can create a dataconnection to the form library and query all of the documents in it. Then you can ...
