I did this and have set it up but I am getting my values for the repeating section from a Sharepoint list. So far I am not having any luck with it adding the sections. I'd use an XML file in the form as a secondary data source for this - see attached sample. Save the file locally, right click and select design to open in design mode.

Okay, I learned if I insert the fx control and use position() I can concat with parenthesis to get (1), (2), (3), etc. So I'm half way there. To clarify what is happening in the form, when you submit the tasks are being generated in the list, but when you open an expense report, the tasks are not showing in the dropdown?

There is nothing special to do with Office 365. In the user guide, you'll find info on publishing a sandboxed form - If you are not a site collection admin you will not be able to publish as a browser form with qRules or code.
