Value shouldn't have parentheses after it.
In order to access the local disk from code, as in this case, the form will need to be full trust.

You can use DateTime.Now.ToString("s") to get the current date and time in the format 2010-03-16T23:34:14, which has a pretty good chance of being unique.

I don't think you want to use substring here. All you need is a simple XPath selection formula: /DataSource/Value[Code = current()] Or something along those lines.

boolean(../my:section2/my:group24/my:group25[my:field110 = "failed"])

In InfoPath 2003 code, it would be:
this.thisXDocument.SaveAs(@"C:\Users\Lawson\Documents\Saved Forms\" + formName);
this.thisApplication.Quit(true);
Above, I've used formName as a placeholder for the form name. You'll need to come up with a way of uniquely naming the forms.

Have you tried putting the label and rich text box in two side-by-side cells of a layout table? That should be all you need to do.

Could it be that there's some other field related to the one you think is the problem (either by a rule or a default value) that could be causing the problem? Which field in the form is the one you think is the problem?
