• Re: Synchronizing SharePoint Task List status with Infopath

Hmmmm. Refresh has a "report" mode. I wonder if you could parse the returned string for the ID of the item and then have a flag in the Main DS you set that it has been deleted from SharePoint - you'd need to remove the ID so it didn't try to update, and then modify your mapping to not resubmit it....

  • Re: qRules SubmitToSharepointList

This is not currently part of the SubmitToSharePointList command. I wonder if you could work around it by using a UDCX for the data connection and using an SSO for the credentials in that UDCX - with the SSO set up to the user you wish to submit as?

  • Re: Form cannot be submitted because of an error.

You need to go find the ULS log file for around the time of the error and search for the correlation ID. (http://stackoverflow.com/questions/525197/where-is-the-default-log-location-for-sharepoint-moss for default location of these files)

  • Infopath 2013 - auto-numbers

Hello, I am brand new to InfoPath. I was trying to follow some videos and tutorials I found on auto-numbering a field in a form. I had a hard time following because it seems there are slight nuances between versions. And 2013 acts and looks different than the tutorials I found. For instance when assigning a value to a field ...

  • Re: Synchronizing SharePoint Task List status with Infopath

So I modifed my form to use the SharePoint ID. RefreshSharePointListItems works great except in situations where the task is deleted from SharePoint. In that case, the item is removed from InfoPath as well. I can't have this happen. I'd prefer to have the InfoPath item have it's status changed to "[Associated Task ...
