I'd use two fields for this. A helper field with the calculation (that returns true / false) and then a rule on the helper field that sets your validation field to Yes if the helper field is true and sets the validation field to No if the helper field is false. The helper field doesn't have to show on your form. Or - if you don't need ...

Do you have all the rules on all of the 9 fields? I'm wondering about using a default value for this. See attached sample - save the file locally, right click and select design and then you can preview. I'm using true / false instead of yes / no, but that's just because I'm too lazy to change all my checkboxes. Also, my ...

I would use option buttons for this... I'd also use default data and a repeating schema. See attached. Save the form locally, right click the downloaded form and select Design to open in design mode. From there you can preview and try it out. Depending on what your final reporting requirements are repeating data may not work for you (because ...

What do you mean by transferring the database? Are you talking about the SharePoint database?

Is this a filler form? That is, it is opening in the InfoPath application? I've not run into this before.

For the form template, I'd just open it in design mode, save as InfoPath 2013, and publish to the new server however you usually publish it (i.e. admin approve, directly to the library, as a content type). Update any data connections that IP doesn't offer to update automatically for you (I'm working on the assumption the URL will be ...

You actually have to either already have or create the number of rows you need in the form. This video has a default data technique that does this - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=W4ukzlaQBpM. Basically, you insert more rows than you need, hide the blanks, and use some form logic to set the values. If you have a general idea of the max number of ...

Yup - did you see my sample form? You can just use Google to figure out the math.... but if you need to do it in your form (like, user types in the number of hours) you can multiply the field with the hours to add by 3600, which is the number of seconds in an hour.
