Re: show a checkbox only once it has been emailed

As Aruna said, you need to add conditional formatting to the section so that it is hidden when the submitted attribute has been set. You can add conditional formatting to your other controls to make them read-only based on the same condition.

Using qRules' SaveToSharePoint Command Without SharePoint

qRules provides a handy command called SaveToSharePoint, that allows you to save attachments in your InfoPath forms to a SharePoint server, to reduce the size of your XML forms, and allow these files to be accessed without opening up your forms in InfoPath. But in spite of its name, you don't have to have SharePoint to take advantage of this ...

Re: xpath contains() function

Does it work if you use: XPathNodeIterator rows = secDSNav.Select("/dfs:myFields/dfs:dataFields/dfs:Assets[contains(@EpData,'" + Ep.Replace("'", "'") + "')]", NamespaceManager);

Re: Multiple Selection Box - Ensuring at least one value is ticked.

I see. This seems to be yet another quirk of the multi-selection list box. Validation can only be performed on fields that exist. Since in your case the invalid state is when there are no nodes of your field, validation cannot take place. I'd suggest using an expression box with a red asterisk that's displayed ...

Re: Cascading multiple Selection boxes

I see, that makes sense. This is happening because the filtering of the available values in a multi-select box doesn't actually change the values in the field it's bound to. And since my:Region already has the value North America, it continues to be shown even after the filtering changes. The solution to this is to set ...
