I found this. Does it help?

Sadly, this is "normal". The best solution I have found is to have one section for filling out the form and one section for emailing. I have a boolean field called my:IsEmailing which is false by default and get switched to true when I want to send email. Using that field, I can hide/show my two sections as needed. That allows me ...

If you want a browser-based, InfoPath form to be displayed to users in InfoPath and have the data submitted to SQL, you'll need code, you'll need a web service, or you'll need a third party tool. This has been discussed previously, such as here, here and here. This is a good read as well. Good luck.

Hi- I responded to the other (duplicate?) question. I think what you're looking for, if you're working in InfoPath, is called cascading dropdowns. A quick Google search should yield a bunch of tutorials. Good luck!

Are you sure that the URL to the webservice is correct? Web service URLs do have a ?wsdl at the end. It sounds like the URL is returning data that InfoPath is unable to interpret.

I think what you're looking for is cascading dropdowns, which is very possible in an InfoPath form, but it sounds like your question does not involve InfoPath. I don't know whether cascading dropdowns are available out of the box on SharePoint lists. Some info here, here and here. Good luck!

Hi Padraic-
SetValue sets the value of one field. We can use that command iteratively to set the value in multiple fields in a repeating table.
Anyway, we'd love to help. Can you explain why it's not working? Can you display the Success, Error and Result nodes in the canvas and see that they show after the command executes?
Thank ...

You can add a screenshot or even attach the XSN via the Options tab when replying.
