Hey Jennifer, Welcome to the forums.
If you have InfoPath2007 there is an option to control this behavior. I am guessing you have InfoPath 2003 or you would have probably seen this. In InfoPath 2003 the only way is to use the send to menu in InfoPath. Submitting to email whether with code or rule only does the attachment in 2003.
If you ...

You would have to either login with a non-domain account or possibly hack the registry to override the setting being downloaded frm the domain each time you login. I am not sure but if you can get into your registry and search for this registry setting you may have the local admin rights to change it but it would probably revert the next time you ...

You should be browsing in your main datasource to DataFields and selecting either that or a repeating group underneath it. Then you would need to set the value and display to the same or different fields within that repeating group. Think of it like your repeating table and set the dropdown to the table and then select which column to have ...

If the query is static per form or only a couple different small ones you can edit secondary data connection's sql statement. When editing the dataconnection there is a edit SQL button on the right. So possibly you could create the query in SQL and have it only return those rows but this would be the same for all form users. If you want ...

Glad you are making progress.
On the Queries you need to seed all of the query fields at once. There is no way to do multiple, sequential queries which i think you figured out.
Are you sure you need to keep the returned rows in two places? What exactly do you want to do in your form?
If you want to have a drop down list or display them ...

Qdabra Database Accelerator Suite Version 2.0 - Developer
It already has samples included in it that do pretty much what you are doing. It may be helpful, instead of building everything from scratch to utilize some of these prebuilt and highly ...

Its all a learning experience and you have to tinker a lot and try things to really know how they work.
One thing on your check boxes you have to give them a value for both checked and unchecked. They cannot be blank or they wont allow you to uncheck them by default. So you need true and false or yes and no or something.
That could be your issue.

The reason it would be greyed out is you are trying to insert it into a place where page breaks are not possible or allowed.
I believe they should be possible between sections or in non repeating sections.
Unfortunately print support is pretty week in InfoPath, mostly because they are supposed to be electronic forms and printing is evil. ...

If you have another field that is blank you could try setting it to the value of that field.
Otherwise, as I said before, you could use a non-blank value such as Unknown or Not Required?
I have never had a problem setting a field to blank before. So you are saying if the drop down has "Kohler" for the manufacturer and you set it ...

Yah for dropdowns you need to set them to a value that is in the list of options or they revert to the default. Is the blank row, often the Select... display value the default?
Maybe instead of blank set them to unknown or not required and have that as an option? I think you are fighting the nature of the dropdowns and that if the field is ...
