Are you using this in the browser? Or the filler? In the XML - is the data gone there too? The form doesn't have code. It isn't possible to remove repeating nodes via rules - I've got no idea what's going on. When you test, you make sure the form has been submitted prior to opening as the next user?

Like you said - these are bound to different groups. So the only thing I can think of is that they are using the form at the same time and whoever submits last wins. Perhaps turn versioning on in the library so you can see if that's what happening? I'm assuming you are re-checking the same views to see that the employees that were entered ...

Ok I have a copy of your form now. Can you give me an example of the views used where you are seeing this overwriting? There are too many views for me to look through them all. Are you confident your Event Titles are unique and don't change through the life of the form, since that is what is being used for the submitted file name? What is the ...

I sent you an email via the forum so you could reply w/ your template - did you receive it? What are you naming your submitted files? Is there any chance users are using the form at the same time and overwriting each other?

I'd be interested in looking at the template - I'm wondering if the main portion is in a layout table and this conditional section is not?

You need to add default rows for this technique - which means making your best guess as to how many rows will be returned from your list. Under Data in the ribbon, defaults, you'll see this sample form has a number of rows already present. So - the difference between my form and yours is not the source of the data, but that my form has rows in ...

Oh - I think maybe I'm misunderstanding something.... can you tell me more about how you want this to work? When the user selects stuff, it just .... disappears from the multi-select? Or do you have multiple multi-selects bound to the same field, in different sections or views or something?
-
I mean - I'd think the screenshot that shows the filtered entries showing up as selected, with their IDs implies that you are opening already filled out forms, with the data that is now filtered out already selected? I'm not sure how to handle for that..... perhaps the filter needs to be adjusted somehow to allow already selected items to ...

In the past, I've seen the following design pattern used: On submit rules, if your ticketing system ID field is blank, query the list (data connection can be set for returning just ID) that you intend to submit to. Then set the ticketing system ID field to a concat with the text you want and max(ID) from the queried data. I, personally, ...

I should have mentioned there was a sample instead of just linking to Jimmy's formula that helped me! Glad you have things working.
