To be honest, I've never heard of your issue and we've been looking at InfoPath issues for ~10 years now. I really think it's a config issue. There were issues with VISTA and Windows XP with SharePoint. It could have something to do with your Windows OS. Are you sure you have the latest SharePoint service packs?
I'm guessing that ...

In InfoPath 2007 and 2010 the Submit data connection has a checkbox for overwrite existing files. Do you see that in InfoPath 2003? I honestly can't remember, but go to the data connection, click modify and step through it. Might be as simple as that.

Hi William,
If you parameterize the query you would pass a field to the query data connection (receive data connection) and the web service would query SQL using a sproc or dynamic sql (parameterized ADO). DBXL uses the latter since it is generic it can't rely on sprocs for every form template.

Greg Collins blogged a technique a while back where you can automatically move them to the next field when the limit is reached and the next field. That might help you.

I recommend having one of our developers look at your code. Qdabra has an InfoPath Detailing service that provides a detailed analysis and "steps to take" summary of your InfoPath form. It's a great deal and you will learn about what to do to make your form better. Check out here: ...
