Hi, in attachment please find my draft form. Especially it goes about email field.
If I insert email in NO email format I got error message that value needs to be inserted in email format, however i can send form if it will stay in wrong format. For other mandatory field it is not possible to send it without any value.

I am assuming that you are using Custom List Forms for submitting to a SharePoint list. Although the the custom form only has the main data connection which submits to it's own list, you can submit data to another list via code writting. So, in your list data connection, the field with the user information is repeating? When you add the filter, you can select the field, then in the bottom of the field picker dialog you should see a drop down (see screenshot) that allows you to select "any occurrence" of the field.
