Probably the userinfo fields not populated is caused by the security settings. In order to use the web service, need to have full control permission while now I have domain (by default) permission.

Hi, When I try to open the Infopath 2010 xsn template in design mode, it shows me the message that the file is currently in use and opens in read only mode.
