Hi-
Are you talking about the third dropdown in the conditional formatting screen?
If the field selected in the first dropdown is a boolean data type field, then the third dropdown will show the boolean options (false/true).
Otherwise, if the field is NOT boolean data type, then the third dropdown won't show the boolean options.
Hope this ...

Hi-
If you want a browser-based, InfoPath form that submits data to SQL, you'll need code, you'll
need a web service, or you'll need a third party tool. This has been
discussed previously, such as here, here and here. This is a good read as well.
Good luck!

Hi Jason,
I believed you purchased qRules last month. We'd be glad to send you qRules v3.4 once it's released since it will contain a fix for the Insert command.
Feel free to contact us via support at qdabra dot com.
Thank you.

I think this is default behavior in SharePoint because the form name is used as part of the URL to open the form, and you can't have a comma in a URL. One alternative is to have a promoted field/column that displays Smith,Joe, but have the link (filename + URL) happen on a field that does not have the comma. Good luck!

What's happening on load in your form? If you have some on load queries, how big are they? How many rows/columns?
I guess that's probably the issue, but knowing what happens to your form on load (queries, rules, etc.) will help. Thanks.

Hi-
It sounds like perhaps the form schema is locked to the SQL data type. If the SQL data type is datetime, then the Infopath control is also going to be locked to that data type. Try displaying this as an Expression box instead of a dropdown to see if you can modify the way it is displayed. Good luck!

Hi-
Perhaps I'm misunderstanding, but it seems like the easy alternative is to submit a new file each time. This can be accomplished with the same submit operation, just by having a different filename for each version submitted (Form1_v1, then Form1_v2, then Form1_v3). A simple rule can auto increment this filename and then each submit ...

Hi-
The error suggests it is an error with qRules. What command(s) are being used in the button that causes the error?
If you'd prefer, send us the form via our support email and we'll take a quick look.
Thanks.

Add a new field and call it filename. Set a rule on form open to set that field with the condition IF the field is blank.
That means that the filename will only get set once. If it's already been set, the rule won't execute.
Good luck!

Please check your submit rules. It sounds like a data connection might not have the option to "overwrite if the form exists" checked. Or perhaps the form name is being reset and therefore the existing one not overwritten.
