Why don't you use methods and properties associated with the Exception variable to determine exactly what the error is? Just because your program compiles correctly, doesn't mean that there will be no runtime errors. Determining the error thrown will be the first step towards correcting your code.
I'm not familiar with syntax or structure of C#, ...

Hello,
I have kind of looked over this since I have been developing my form, but I would like to fix it now. I have several drop-down lists that are connected to my secondary data source. They populate correctly, but the first option is always blank. I would like to set the default selected row as the first item returned from the secondary data ...

Just make it a textbox and make sure the data type is ''text.'' It should work just like it is trying to read in a string. Make sure no data validation is linked to the box.

I'm trying to play with putting a Word Print into my InfoPath form so that I can use Word's more extensive formatting abilities to print out the data collected on my form and am getting the following error after pressing ''Finish'' on the wizard.hta:

var node = XDocument.DOM.selectSingleNode( ''my:myFields/my:group1/my:group2[my:id = 3]'' );
// remove single row from ...

I'm not sure what you're asking about displaying only ''Aluminum Cans'' when something is chosen, but maybe try either rules or code on a textbox and setting it's value to whatever you want depending on what is chosen from the drop down?
To change color and font dynamically, go to the properties of your control and at the bottom of the ...

Don't know if this is because I use JScript, but I would think this function is available in VB.NET too. Anyway, here's how I do it:
var repeatingTable = XDocument.DOM.selectNodes( ''/my:Data/my:group1/my:group2'' );
while( row = repeatingTable.nextNode() )
{
save( row.selectSingleNode( ''my:cell1'' ) );
save( row.selectSingleNode( ...

How is your InfoPath form determining whether or not some one is authorized to open the form? Password protection? Windows Authentication? If you're using Windows Authentication you could just set the permissions for the file or folder that the form is in to allow only a certain group read/execute permission. Also, there is something with InfoPath ...
