Hi Sam,
If you have SharePoint, this is pretty easy to do by way of a workflow that copies the item and then deletes the original.
If you don't have SharePoint, you can write some code or use qRules to dynamically change the URL on the fly. There's a free trial of the qRules plugin available on our Qdabra dot com site.
Feel free to ...

Hi Wheels,
qRules as a Print command. You could install the free trial from Qdabra.com and hook it up. No coding needed but the form will have to be full trust to print programmatically.
Another solution might be to use a SendAsPDF HTML Web service or eFax which I believe has web services. qRules will let you render a view as HTML and you could ...

Hi Susan,
I'm attaching a sample from a webinar I did last year. Expand the data source and take a look at the default value on the /my:myFields/my:AccountIdAggregation/my:People node. It has a double eval that it gets from a People Picker.
Good luck!

Hi Sproctor722,
It would depend on the data connection.
If you are trying to query a SharePoint list/library with a date column, you may be able to create a compound REST query filter that does this. Check out the REST OData query filter syntax on the w3c.org site. One challenge may be the format of the date data types since the promoted ...

Hi Tim,
I don't know if the double eval concat can be done without a repeating group. That's the only way I've seen it implemented.
So you could change from a listbox to a repeating group with a dropdown inside it. Not too different and works in my attached sample.
Good luck!

Hi and welcome!
Thanks for using Google Translator to post. :)
SharePoint Online (Office 365) supports the sandbox code service for InfoPath forms if you have the E3 or an equivalent plan. You will need to be a site collection admin to publish.
There are some code features that will require admin approval. Basically anything that ...

Hi Dan,
Are you using a rule or a default value? I would add a rule that sets the Date/Time column when the user initializes the form. If the rule is on the Initial column, you can just set the other column's field when it changes.
I'm attaching a sample InfoPath 2010 form that does this with your formula.
Hope this helps!

Hi Pascal,
We have a Web service called DBXL that you can use to quickly parameterize and filter queries to a SQL database. The query string is data driven which means you have one Web method for all queries reducing the complexity of your form's data connections. In addition, you can update this query dynamically to requery on the fly. The ...

Hi Doreen,
This is strange. It should update for you so long as the existing forms are re-linked to the content type. Are you using filler? If so, I'm wondering if it might be a caching issue. If you are using the browser, please download one of he XMLs and check the form in notepad. Verify that the href attribute at the top of the XML ...
