When you have your form, created to submit to your Access DB the Main data source will have
Main:
Query
Data
If you view the datsource task pane and then right click on main, one of the options is to add. This is how you create new groups or fields as they ...

Typically this would be architected in a different way.
Maybe you send the form to each user but then they only see their tasks. This allows one distribution but then it is smart and identifies the user and shows them what they need.
Another would be to email a link and then again the form shows them their tasks and maybe they mark them done or ...

Do they actually repeat the sections? Does each section represent an order?
So they are building table 1 from data viewed in Table 2.
Table 1 is bound to the main datasource and saved in the form. Table 2 is bound to the secondary data source (SP)
As they add information into a row in table 1 you want to display the relevant data from ...

Hey Nader.
This is pretty common. Check box controls must be configured to work properly. You must go into the properties and define what the checked value is and the unchecked value. The dropdown must be bound since while the form is in use the field must be stored somehow to allow other fields to read the data and perform their filter. Are you concerned with keeping your schema pristine? You can add an additional secondary data source (XML) which can be used for these programatic fields and keep your data ...

I would try a test and see if you can see the whole unflitered list, all 600. Maybe have the affected user try. This way you know they are seeing all the data and not just a subset. If they can see everything then it must be a filter issue where maybe the data is not consistent or something.

You would need to check and make sure your repeating sections are nested properly. I would have a test form which does not try to hide but verifys this "drill down" and lookup peice, ussually I use coloration to verify it is identifying what I want it to. And that all the information is being returned. If you have more than ...

Hey Chris.
Do you have more than 100 forms in the library? SharePoint only displays and only returns 100 at a time. Also does everyone have permission to the view you are using?
