I think the Excel export is a canned feature and I do not think there is anyway to manipulate it.
Have you thought about exporting your data into a database? That is the standard practice I usually follow.
The model would be that your form data which you want to report on is saved into a table.
Then you create an Excel file which uses the ...

You have to create some of it. I am assuming there is a record number or some field like that in your table data.
So you create two new fields
PageStart and PageEnd
PageStart defaults to 1 PageEnd Defaults to 100
You place these on the form above your Table.
You then add a conditional format to the table

Good Question.
You would have to come up with probably a numeric code where each digit would represent each option box. So maybe a binary, 1 or 0 for true or false, and then 6 or 12 digits. Then you would have to parse this data from the Database. What are the values of your option boxes? You would just have to string a concatenation ...

That is true by default but InfoPath 2007 now gives you a choice of either method.
In 2003, If you go to file and send to
while completing an InfoPath form and email this way you will get the current view in the body of the form.
if you use code, to submit the email it is possible as well.
Those are kind of the options.

I always like to identify my form users so that I can record exactly who modified or created the form from a tracking and automating stand point.
If you implement this with either the User() function in IP2007 or with a WebService like what is included witht he Database Accelerator then you can get thius information and store it in your form and ...

Is this a one time process or does this import need to be done on a regular basis and automatically?
One way would be to save the excel as XML and then recieve the xml via a data connection and then map the data from Excel(XML) to your form XML. The fields would contain the information and only certain fields would show on a given ...

Can you give a bit more information on your solution and the components?
You are pulling data from a list.
The user is selecting multiple items
Then you want this saved back to a different list which is sorted and only contains the selected records?
Is this correct?
