Why do you have to put in ''if (oNodeList.length>0)'' - shouldn't the foreach only run if that condition is true? It seems like you're stating something explicitly that is implied in the foreach statement... I'm confused.

Yes, probably. Here is a code snippet from the very top of my JScript file. You MUST declare your namespaces and reference them any time you are using XPath in any function or anything else, at least from my experience. Anyway the xmlns:xsi and xmlns:xd are standard and should be included in your file. The other namespaces can be found by ...

Patrick, if I buy a copy and mail it to you, will you sign it?

Why oh why? It makes everything so much more time consuming. You have 4 views that are relatively the same and change one thing on one table that is shared across all 4 views and you want to copy it, but once you do then you have to spend 5 mins on each view AGAIN to get the custom commands to work.... Ugh...

Although I haven't really done much in VB, or with any other MS SDKs, I'm pretty sure you could launch Outlook from code. Check out these threads:

You probably want to uncheck ''Show on the View menu...'' for all of your views and then create your own navigation bar at the top of your form. This way you will have complete control over it and will accomplish what you are looking for. I'm imagining something sort of like a navigation system similar to how websites work. I think you could do ...

Is the form XSN file stored on the network and the simply go to the folder and double-click to fill it out and then save the XML files locally? Or do you manually send each person a XSN? You should be able to do this with InfoPath's ''Publish'' functionality rather easily.

This gets really annoying, because you have to redo your Customize Commands whenever you copy a table from one view to another. I really hope this is not a ''feature''.
Reproduction:
1) Create a new blank form.
2) Create a second view on this form called ''v2''.
3) Switch back to ''View 1''.
4) Add a repeating table control with 3 columns to ...

Yeah, and if there was a way to do it, Greg would know - he's a l33t haxzor. HaHa.
Anyway - try using code - when your user presses ''submit'' have code run through all the fields that need to be formatted a specific way, and if one is not formatted correctly, abort submission, pop-up message that tells user to go back to the field and change the ...

Instead of using ''\r'' use ''\n''. ''\r'' is the code for a hard carriage return, and in this situation would probably be the equivalent of submitting your form if you had a submit form button on your page. ''\n'' is just the newline character, and is used much more frequently. I've actually never used \r.
Anyway, if this still doesn't work, I ...
