Can you clarify the issue you are having, and maybe include a template so I don't have to watch the video and guess? :) Thanks!
-
I see the issue. There is a default value for numID that is causing the problem. Remove the default from numID.
-
You are using the second template I attached? The one with two submit rules?
-
Ok, try this one. I broke out the submit rules into two rules.
-
Oh - wait - I forgot one thing, in this case we need to make sure we only do this if num id is blank. One minute and I'll post another copy.
-
I think you need to get the max ID and add one. Check the submit rules on this copy.

You should be able to use a field with a calculated value that leverages double eval: http://tinkerersjournal.blogspot.com/2013/01/codeless-double-eval.html

Maybe - if you use a web part page in SharePoint and query parameters.... https://blogs.msdn.microsoft.com/infopath/2010/06/03/how-to-pass-querystring-data-into-an-infopath-form/

Filler forms do work on Windows 10. I think I'd start by making sure you have all updates installed on the machine.

Unfortunately, there is not. Is this data going into a list? Maybe you could use workflow to clean up after submit?
