Were you going to use a repeating structure for your months? Or is your form schema more flat?

 Thanks Hilary! I figured it out. For whatever reason I had to move the field I was pulling the condition from to another group and it worked. I'm not sure why it had to function that way this time but for whatever reason it did. Thanks again. 

 Generally, when rules fail, it is because there is something wrong with the condition. Can I see a copy of your form? You can attach it under the Options tab in a reply.
