Have you tried simply checking the Cannot be Blank option for the field or using a Validation rule that requires the field contain information? Can I see your form? You can include it under the Options tab in a reply - and maybe highlight the fields with the issue to make them easier to find?

Sure - you can use CopyTable for this, or Insert, depending on if your source and destination table are the same.

We have some SPAM filtering turned on - which occasionally gets a false positive. I deleted the post in the moderation queue. Have you thought about using more horizontal space? I think there may be inherent limits around the max height of a DIP (but I've rarely used them, so I'm guessing here).
