Are you using SharePoint Online? Or on-prem? If on-prem, you might be able to use the User Profile web service to get the email back. https://claytoncobb.com/2009/06/21/userprofileservice-extended/

If it were mine, I'd save the site as a template and create a "test" version of it. Even though you'd have to duplicate changes manually from one enviro to the other, it would give you a safe place to first try any changes you need to make. Then, you may want to determine a site maintenance window where you can move new changes ...

I don't know of anything other than third party Chrome extensions may be available to help with this.... I can try to experiment later this week & see if I can find a work-around, but I'm not super hopeful. I was hoping someone else in the community would have had direct experience with this.

On the field that is being set (target field) add a rule. The condition on the rule be if the target field begins with ; and the rule will use a substring formula to reset. See attached sample - save the linked file locally. Right click and select design. Preview and enter text that starts with ;

Happy to help - you can pick the repeating group with the field picker, but the path in the concat needs to be relative to that group (in this case, directly inside it) and needs to be manually typed in.

I think it would be: xdMath:Eval(xdMath:Eval(../../my:Toll_Free/my:TollFreeFields, 'concat(my:TollFree, ", ")'), "..")

What does your formula look like? Be sure to tick the edit XPath box so I can see the whole thing....

Dates are formatted yyyy-mm-dd in XML. Date time fields are formatted yyyy-mm-ddTHH:MM:SS. So if you are populating a date field, you'd use a concat formula to put your numbers in, separated by hyphens, like 2020-01-23. If you need a date time, because your field is a date time field, you can use 0s for the time, like 2020-01-23T00:00:00.

Yeah, you can use a double eval for this: http://tinkerersjournal.blogspot.com/2013/01/codeless-double-eval.html

Sorry - I don't know how these form changes would have impacted your workflow. You may want to check the workflow itself.
