Infopath 2013 client, only some users suffer from the issue. Attached picture for reference (can't show full form unfortunately) but some users seem to have an issue where the entire form looks like it was zoomed in way too far. Embedded pictures in the form stay the same but all the text boxes seem to zoom in some how.
This makes the ...

Yes it does make sense to me what we are testing, but the result and the issue itself is driving me nuts =(
The test reproduced the issue.
I opened the form of the new List in InfoPath and saved it, without making any changes.
The behavior that was “able to select” is now “unable to select”.

Hilary,
When a user clicks a Submit to Approver button in my IP form, I switch my view to one more email friendly, then submit the data and close the form. I receive an email from SharePoint that looks great with data in the form(I love this feature). So if I'm not on our network, I inserted a hyperlink in the body of the email for the ...

Here's a sample of the default data technique - a number of rows are included by default (under the Data tab in the ribbon) then rules are used to populate values. Save it locally, right click and select design, then preview.

Yup, seems like it. :) Is the control in the form just a rich text control? Let's see - if I were doing this, the next thing I'd do is take the new list, customize the InfoPath form and republish without making any changes in the form, just to see if the issue reproduces once the form is InfoPath and not the default SharePoint form - does ...

This should work - the concat business with the passed in subject line - see attached sample. But I don't understand why your data isn't showing when you send the email? Just make sure it is in the view when you send the email - don't switch views prior to send (unless in a browser form) or you'll end up with a blank view. ...

Hi Hilary, thanks for your reply and support
I created a new list, added a column with the same setting, created an Item, and posted data that I was not able to select.
As I opened the Item, in its default view I was able to select the content, no issues.
So we are narrowing down the issue to the custom form itself, correct?

By default, InfoPath is returning all the records. The only way to change the query InfoPath is sending to SQL is via code (or a product my company makes called qRules - it can do this too). Are you able to add code to the form? Oh, another option would be to use a web service to query your SQL DB - again, we have a product for that or you can ...

I am working on an Expense Approval solution and since we can't purchase Nintex.... The InfoPath form is typical with a Repeating Table. All servers are behind our firewall. I have a requirement to allow managers to approve the expense report by clicking a link in the body of an email regardless if they are on our network or not. I found ...

This sounds kind of strange. I don't think it is anything you have done - can you create a new list with a column with the same rich text settings, and then NOT modify the form in InfoPath, and see if the default form has the same issue?
