Sure- you just need a condition to trigger it. You could use a field in your form but typically I would just create a new field, Submitted boolean with a default value of false. When the first user clicks on the button or in your submit options add a rule that sets Submitted to true.
Then put in the control's conditional ...

I believe you just need the namespaces from the form you just opened. At least that is what I usually do is just copy the namespaces from the form into the code.

You could also use SQL if you want to share data between InfoPath and your Web App, it might be a bit simpler.
You should be able to find details on how to setup a web service with your windows applications in C#. That is all it is. SharePoint exposes the web service and in InfoPath you configure how to interact with it. Also if you look at ...

The access anywhere will require either VPN or a server that is accessible from the Internet. This can be setting up routing through your router or adding another NIC which is setup on the Internet directly. Lots of possiblities.

Despite being easier and faster IMHO, if you have multiple tables you want to query and submit to in SQL then you will need to use Web Services rather than a simple Database form. I do these kinds of enterprise ...

Ok thinking some more...
Typically you would build this total as the data was collected not afterwards. So as the user was making their order you would be incrementing the totals for each HWID. Have you looked at this?

Ok
The dropdowns should not matter for this function since we care about the final list of data Order. I am assuming you have displayed this and this is correct, it is just a matter of filtering and calculating it.
I think you would maybe have to use code since you have two data sets and need to loop through each one. ...

Yah your predicament is not uncommon.
To use the default database functionality in InfoPath, to query and submit you have to design the form from scratch around the data connection. There still are limitations , such as only one table structure can be used, that may or may not be a problem down the road.
So one option is to start from the ...
