When you set up your submit, you have a place to enter the form name. You will need to make sure that the name of the form will be unique on submit -- I am guessing that the field you are using for the name of the form is not unique, it is the same each time. http://www.infopathdev.com/forums/p/5567/20910.aspx#20910 may help you with this.

Hi --  Just a thought, are you using InfoPath 2007? Under Form Options/Advanced there is a checkbox to treat blank values as zero. If ListPrice or Discount are blank and this is not selected, you would get NaN.
